* the security gate never works, tenants are locked out of the property and lines form all hours of the night and there is no assistance from the maintainance hotline.

* the leasing office really does not care to hear any maintainance issues.

* there is a criminal element of theft in cars and appartments (which lead us to move from the complex after the crappy windows where broken into)

* and there is a safty concern with the wiring hazard of the appartments, by that I mean my neighbors have a switch in their appartment that controls my kitchen.

its no supprise a building fire accured that elimiated 8 appartments by the back swimming pool last year.
