not sure why this happens,using PayPal for eBay I never had a problem

But every time I use PayPal outside of eBay I get screwed,

PayPal has the ability to take my money from my bank even when there's nothing to take putting the negative, I specifically use an account for those transactions so if I don't want money there and I don't want the transaction to go through, it doesn't or shouldn't. But PayPal has the ability to draw me negative.

On another note, I try to pay a bill, attempting several times for various increments totaling $180, I never got the bill paid and I can't get my money back from PayPal, finally I got 117 back at a the hundred and 180, I can't get them on the phone and they don't respond e-mail.

on a different on the last attempt with PayPal I gave somebody an item worth $1200, they took the item in charge me back into PayPal. Then I was out the money and the item. PayPal had nothing to say about it and there's no safety or security

Someone please call me what's the point and why they get away with it constantly.
I googled PayPal complaints, and there was something close to 78,000 complaints to pay.

Why is this place: business and do they know that they're not can be sued over $50, but if they do it several thousand times and data people is that how they make their business.

Very frustrated with businesses today no one does anything honestly and there's absolutely no customer service anymore with anyone.
