The bondsmans name I was dealing with is Mike. He acts so nice when you first meet him calling you sweetheart and hun. He even gave me a tour of the office including his boss's office where there is a huge safe, fancy furniture, flatscreens, a full kitchen and even a shower in his bathroom!

I paid the 10% required which they would only accept in cash $3,500 (now i know why because when they scam you out of your money you cannot get a refund thru your bank) and I also provided collertal. They accepted the collertal but did not do their homework on researching the value of the property until the next week. When they found out I owed more than what my property was worth they freaked out and made me and my brother sign a promisary note that we would be responsible for the full bond amount of $35,000.

Mike would call me from different numbers almost every day to check up on the person who was bonded out as if he was a probation officer which got really annoying.

The person I bonded out got arrested again on false charges, which the judge dropped the case because there was no probable cause. The next day Mike went to the jail and took back the bond. A re-arrest is a violation of the bond but being that it was a false arrest with no probable cause-they didnt need to take the bond back and only did so because they werent happy that they did not get sufficient collertal value. When I mentioned the promisary note I signed Mike laughed and told me its just a signature.

Best part of all, Mike called me the day after he took back the bail and ask for additional collertal. He said the insurance company required additional collertal for a re-arrest. He didn't even tell me he took back the bond I had to go to the bond office at the jail to find out!

When I called him the next day to ask him for a refund he was very rude and nasty told me no refund and even hung up on me!

My attorney and other bondsman told me that was dirty business and they should refund me. I tried contacting them for a refund and they kept blowing me off saying everyone is in a meeting or out of the office. I've left messages and I never got a call back. I spoke to another other lady in the office who was very rude and said "no your not getting a refund it doesnt work like that!!!"

DO NOT USE THIS BONDSMAN!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE " THE GOOD ONES" BUT THEY ARE SHADY AND RUN A DIRTY BUSINESS They will lie to you and tell you anything just to take your money!!!

I had to re-bond the person out again thru another bondsman who even took a check and still a week later has not cashed it! Brandy Bails Bonds will make you pay cash only!
